“I am and honored to have been able to work under Jordan Iseral as a Come Alive Communication 2023 Marketing and Public Relations Intern. During this position, Jordan served as a strong and knowledgeable leader, fostering a work environment/community of acceptance, determination, and professionalism. Within Come Alive Communications, Jordan emphasized the importance of supporting one another and prioritized key values of diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Throughout the position, Jordan provided opportunities to work one-on-one with clients and taught us interns the ins and outs of the industry. This included skills such as creative storymining, copywriting, project planning, management, and social media work. Furthermore, she provided a variety of assignments on various accounts, both corporate and creative, to create exposure to different aspects of the Communication field.

Jordan was always open to questions and created weekly internal meetings in which us interns had a forum to voice our opinions, discuss current projects, and engage in a shared learning experience.
